WHO AM I?
My name is Jim Boosh and I am an ex-employee at Chaos Programming (www.chaosprogramming.com). I was hired by them around 1 yearago, a bit before christmas, to work on their main product, GoldenGaia. I spent countless hours looking at Gaia boards, searching for all information I could use for this project. GoldenGaia is a bot that allows you to gain free gold, without doing anything.
I was hired by Frank himself. We both met in the metro since we were going to the same university, him in mathematics/economy, me in communications. I was hired as consultant and helped towards the designing of the bot. I left around two weeks ago, in good terms. Over the weeks spent on Gaia Online, I developed a truly powerful anger at Gaia Online and especially Derek Liu, its father (and mother), a manipulator and liar that would do anything for cash.
WHY DO YOU DO THIS?
I do this because I grew tired of all the bullshit I would see on Gaia, and how easily administrators would go away with anything they do. I also do this because of their cheap tactics to get all the money they can out of little childrens. But the main reason I do this is because of what I saw while working at Chaos Programming. It was mostly this period of my life that led me to what I do right now. Chaos Programming used to receive 300-400 e-mails per day and trust me, some weren’t really funny. A while ago, Chaos Programming announced it was developing an account unbanner, and I can swear our mailbox got flooded by little kids with caps lock that were litterally crying to get their accounts back. One time, I spoke on phone with a little kid that somehow found our number, and inbetween the tears, all I could hear is hope. Hope to get his account back. He then handled me his mother and I understood Gaia had pushed it too far.
Their ban process is a joke. They do not listen to customers at all and just let everything go, hoping for the best. They openly lie in their Terms of Services and generally represent one of the nuisance internet has.
HOW DO YOU PAY HOSTING? CAN I HELP?
I pay hosting from my own pockets, as well as every update. Chaos Programming offered to pay bills, but I decided to go alone. If you want to help, feel free to submit me any text and/or picture you might have on the subject, but please note that I do not accept money. If you really want to donate, please put the money in some place and pay yourself a good supper, a good book or a movie night, something that will count, and not a stupid virtual item.

Probably not, unfortunatly, but that does not mean we cannot denounce what it is doing. If that website gets enough attention, they will be forced to listen to our recommendations. Most of them are really only good sense and this would make a better game for everyone. You can read the forums too for more details.
I got banned, what can I do?
Not much. If you have a lot of cash, write to them at their P.O. box offering money for your account. If you bought donations, you can try the small claims court too, but that would cost even more.

You can always submit stuff or participate in our forums (once they are up), but the best to help is to sign the petition (okay I’m kidding on that one), put our logos in your gaia signature, profile, journal, anywhere.
How often do you update this website?
Whenever I can. I usually work on this website daily, but add articles weekly. So bookmark and check often!
Who works on this website?
I do most of the work, but some articles are from Frank Lau and I take corrections (because my english is terrible) from many users.

I worked so hard for the gold and items when suddenly some stupid noob tried hacking me and he made a false report a user to me just because I can’t donate to him….
How will you guys feel, when last night you were playing with your rich gaia account, and when you woke up the next day and tried logging in, it kept saying critical error…

I would love to see you try and product a website as big, and complicated as gaia.
Your words are worthless, Gaia is like a belief for some, a hobby for others, but no matter what you call it, us ‘Gaians’ will stand by it, when there are people like you who think you can gain a few thumbs up by calling it names, and acting like you can get people free gold.

I have some things to tell you that might make your life not as shitty
1) Pay attention to your own fucking life
2) Go kiss gaia’s ass and spread the virtual rainbow somewhere else where people want to hear it. This site was made for the people who care about the fact that gaia truly is a piece of virtual shit.
3) Do something other than the fucking computer. Maybe pay for your dying baby you keep ignoring to play that piece of shit gaia.
4) If you got banned, you be just as pissed as anyone else who agrees with me and this site. Think outside the box.
5) Sure, some of the things on this site are just for the lulz (the interviews are an example) but that doesn’t mean everything is.
