Karumi, you’re partly wrong again. Do your research. Gaia online has been 13+ announced since it was http://www.go-gaia.com back in 2003 when they first released.

I see some viability in this article. While browsing my inventory on the site, I encountered an ad for a site selling Gaia items for money. Never saw it again, but it was kind of astonishing.
It depends also when that “screen shot” was taken. I remember back in early ‘05 they did have that sort of advertising, but that was before Gaia announced that it was a site relevant to 13 year olds and up.
But with that in mind, is that ad relevant now?

To Spike: Filters have nothing to do with ads. Filters are for profanity only, since many users do swear.
And it’s more like a million people think it’s a good site.

The ads displayed depend on the filtering of the persons account. If they have max filtering then there is low amounts of adult ads and if its on minimal filtering then its high. You seriously need to stop flaming gaia just because you don’t like it. Ever stop and think “Oh well I don’t like it but millions of other people do so I should just walk away and leave it alone”?
